Awesome Healthy Pancakes

A simple recipe for a delicious breakfast or snacking treat!

Pancake Mixture 

  • 150ml of almond or hazelnut milk
  • 3 x egg whites 
  • Approx. 3 scoops of chocolate flavour whey protein 

How to cook:

  1. Mix all the mixture ingredients in a mixing bowl until it is a smooth consistency
  2. Heat a little oil (preferably coconut oil) in a pan
  3. Pour a ladle of the mixture into the pan
  4. Keep a close eye on the pancakes and flip when necessary
  5. Serve when they are a nice golden brown colour on both sides


Filling options:

Hazelnut Choc Cheesecake 

  • 1 x dessert spoon of cream cheese 
  • 3 x crushed hazelnuts 
  • 1 x teaspoon chocolate and hazelnut spread 

Mix all the ingredients together and spread on pancakes.

Berry Bonanza 

  • 1 x tablespoon Greek yoghurt 
  • 1 x teaspoon of Agave nectar 
  • A handful of mixed summer berries 

Mix all ingredients together and spread onto pancakes.
